Digital delivery only

All Procore Lab Consulting engagements and deliverables are delivered digitally. No physical product is produced or shipped.

Engagement start

After payment confirmation, we initiate the engagement within 48 business hours. You will receive a project brief form and scheduling link for your first call. A written NDA is sent and must be signed before substantive work begins.

Delivery timeline by engagement type

• Discovery: 2-3 weeks from brief sign-off to written recommendations report delivery.
• Strategy: 6-8 weeks from brief sign-off, including workshop sessions and final strategy document delivery.
• Growth Partner: 3-month advisory partnership with monthly strategy review sessions and an ongoing priority communication channel.
• Strategy workshops (add-on): Scheduled within 5 business days of engagement start.
• Competitive analysis / brand guidelines reports: Delivered within the engagement timeline.

Access problems

If you do not receive your project brief and scheduling link within 48 hours of payment, contact hello@procorelabconsulting.com. We resolve access and communication issues within 4 business hours on business days (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 CET).
