We offer a 14-day refund from the date of payment for all engagements, provided that the project brief meeting has not yet been held and no substantive work has commenced.
Email hello@procorelabconsulting.com within 14 days of payment, including your payment reference number. We respond within 2 business days.
If the project brief meeting has been held or substantive strategy work has begun, a full refund is not available. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion, proportional to the work not yet completed, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Completed advisory hours and delivered add-on reports are non-refundable. Hours not yet delivered are refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under German law (BGB), including applicable EU consumer directives on digital services. If you are purchasing as a business (B2B), the 14-day statutory withdrawal right for consumers does not apply.
