These Terms of Service govern all consulting engagements between Procore Lab Consulting (Hauptstrasse 27, 82319 Starnberg, Germany) and the client. By completing checkout, the client agrees to these terms.
Procore Lab Consulting provides marketing strategy consulting services delivered digitally. This includes brand strategy, go-to-market planning, marketing audits, content strategy, campaign strategy and team coaching, as described on the website and in the engagement scope confirmation sent after payment.
Each engagement has a defined scope confirmed in writing before work begins. Scope changes require written agreement from both parties. We do not begin substantive work until a written confidentiality agreement (NDA) is signed.
All deliverables are produced and delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the start of each engagement. Discovery engagements: 2-3 weeks. Strategy engagements: 6-8 weeks. Growth Partner: 3-month advisory partnership.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of all strategy documents, reports and written deliverables produced during the engagement. Procore Lab retains the right to reference the engagement type and general outcomes in anonymised case studies unless the client requests otherwise.
Both parties agree to treat all shared information as strictly confidential. A formal NDA is signed at the start of every engagement.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes from strategy implementations.
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.
