Questions

Questions clients ask.

Everything you need to know before starting an engagement.

External perspective is the primary value. An in-house team is close to the business, which means they often cannot see what is not working clearly or objectively. We come in without assumptions, do the audit work and tell you what we actually find. We also bring cross-sector experience that most in-house roles do not build. That said, we work with in-house teams, not against them. Most of our clients have internal marketing people who are good at what they do. They need strategic clarity, not to be replaced.
A Discovery engagement typically takes two to three weeks. A Strategy engagement runs six to eight weeks. A Growth Partner engagement is a three-month advisory partnership with monthly touchpoints. Timelines depend on the complexity of the brief and the speed at which your team can participate in the workshop stages. We are transparent about scope before any engagement begins.
Yes. We have worked with clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK. All engagements are delivered remotely unless an in-person workshop is specifically included in the scope. We have delivered go-to-market work for clients entering markets in six European countries. Language is not a barrier for English or German-speaking clients.
The Growth Partner engagement is our structured three-month advisory retainer. After that period, clients can renew on a rolling monthly basis. Monthly retainers are available for clients who have already completed a Strategy engagement with us and need ongoing strategic oversight. We do not offer standalone monthly retainers without an initial strategy engagement. The strategy work is what makes the ongoing advisory useful.
Yes. The Discovery engagement includes a marketing audit as its core deliverable. Many clients start with a Discovery to get a clear picture of where they are, and then decide whether to proceed to a Strategy engagement. The Discovery output is a written recommendations report that you own, regardless of whether you continue working with us. There is no obligation to proceed.
We sign a non-disclosure agreement at the start of every engagement. All client information, including market data, financial information, strategic plans and internal documents shared with us, is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties. Case studies we publish are always anonymised unless the client explicitly requests otherwise. You retain full ownership of all strategy documents we produce.
